At the moment, the plant produced a large piece of equipment for delivery of the balance of goods for the two turbines at Rogun HPP, work on this contract will be completed in the first half. Rogun HPP to arrange the shipment and transportation of finished products.
Also in production is the impeller units for Nurek HPP, which on April 4 will be delivered to the customer. It is planned to manufacture an additional six wheels, the guide vanes, turbine shaft and the servo.
In addition, the parties discussed the delivery of mortgages of parts for 4-units Rogun HPP. OJSC “Turboatom” prepared and handed over to Tajik representatives of the draft contract.
“Turboatom” is a major supplier of hydropower equipment in the Republic of Tajikistan. Total power supplied by the turbine is 3.63 million KW, accounting for 81.7% of installed capacity hydropower plant in Tajikistan.
At Rogun HPP in the 90-ies was given two turbines RO310-B-483, 5, with a capacity of 200 MW and a rated pressure of 90 meters with a time impeller diameter of 483.5 meters, a ring bolt diameter 9, 5 m, 6 sets of embedded parts of Phase I, stators and spiral chambers for three turbines and 12 sets of hinge supports for segmental gates. For a long time the station was mothballed. In 2009, with the participation of specialists of OJSC “Turboatom” was carried out audit of hydraulic turbine equipment on Rogun HPP, what was signed by the appropriate protocol.
Nurek HPP is the largest hydroelectric power plant in Central Asia, the installed capacity of 2700 MW. First deliveries to the station began in 1971 in total at Nurek HPP OJSC “Turboatom" put nine Francis turbines with a unit capacity of 310 MW and 9 spherical valves with a diameter 4,2 m.
