Krasny Kotelshchik started shipping new equipment for Starobeshevskaya TPS

The equipment supply contract within the framework of modernization of boiler TP-100 of power unit No. 5, station No. 8 between JSC EMAlliance and JSC Donbassenergo (Ukraine) was concluded in January 2011. Under the terms of the contract JSC EMAlliance shall develop the project and supply gastight equipment for the boiler furnace using parts, provided by the Customer. One of the peculiarities of the project is application of burners’ internal surface cladding process that is an innovative technology, mastered by TKZ.
In total within the framework of the order, TKZ shall fabricate 16 different products for the present TPS. According to the estimate of the specialists, the new equipment shall make it possible to increase technical performances of boiler TP-100 of Starobeshevskaya TPS.
Besides in May 2011, Krasny Kotelshchik supplied high-pressure preheaters PVD-550 (3 pcs.) and high-speed stop valves for the high-pressure preheaters with the weight more than 90 tons amounting to 41.3 million RUR to TOO Karaganda Energocenter for Karagandinskaya TETs-3 (Kazakstan), as well as water heater PV-425 with the weight of about 25.5 tons for Integro LTD, Ceracini TPS (Greece).
At the present moment Taganrog Boiler-Making Works continues the delivery of assemblies and modules for HRSG to Nyaganskaya TPS, Urengoiskaya TPS, RN-Tuapsinsky Refinery with the total weight about 2 thousand tons amounting to 301.7 million RUR. TKZ started shipping this equipment at the end of December, 2010. Also Krasny Kotelshchik is going to fabricate and deliver three more HRSGs (E-65-4,0-440) to RN-Tuapsinski Refinery and so on.
