The delivery contract within the frameworks of modernization of boiler TP-109 of power unit No. 8 of Kurakhovskaya TPS between OOO Vostokenergo and JSC EMAlliance was concluded in February 2011. Within the frameworks of the contract EMAlliance shall perform the project and deliver the required equipment.
Krasny Kotelshchik is one of the EMAlliance contractors, which caries out works on fabrication of the equipment within the frameworks of modernization of the present boiler. Among the peculiarities of the present project, as well as the number of other projects for the Ukrainian stations, and particularly Starobeshevskaya TPS and Zaparozhskaya TPS, are the following: tight schedule for the works completion, higher requirements for the guarantees, specified by the Customer, specific features of the engineering and fabrication. Working on the order for Kurakhovskaya TPS new steel grade 03Kh18U3BT was used, which possesses increased wear resistance and makes it possible to operate the equipment at higher temperatures.
In total 10 different products shall be fabricated for the present station within the framework of the order to Krasny Kotelshchik. According to the calculations of the specialists the new equipment shall provide the improved parameters of boiler TP-109 of Kurakhovskaya TPS.
Also Krasny Kotelshchik continues shipping the equipment for Cherepetskaya TPS, Nyaganskaya TPS, Urengoiskaya TPS, RN-Tuapsinsky Refinery, Starobeshevskaya TPS, and it started shipping equipment to Moldavskaya TPS. In the coming months the equipment weighting about 500 tons and amounting to more than 130 million RUR shall be supplied to Moldavskaya TPS. Among them are LP convective superheater (inlet and outlet parts), ceiling superheater and so on.
