PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”: New General Director Appointed

Levan Dzigua, who acted as General Director of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik” and at the same time as General Director of JSC EMAlliance, continues his work in the capacity as General Director JSC EMAlliance.
As stated by President of JSC EMAlliance Timur Avdeyenko, this decision is determined by an effective implementation of the EMAlliance’ strategy aimed at global business expansion by acquiring new assets and competences. “At present, EMAlliance becomes actually an international Company that requires special attention to its operative business management. In the circumstances, the most efficient corporate structure solution should be transferring of the management in EMAlliance’ key Companies to their profiled professional managers. There is no doubt that one of them is Alexandr Shkarupa, who is entrusted by us to develop our basic Company PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik”. And Levan Dzigua, who has managed the Company in Taganrog, will focus his attention to the management of EMAlliance’ global projects and coordination of activities of all EMAlliance’ assets”, he notes.
