Krasny Kotelshchik shipped the equipment for Balakovskaya NPP

The Contract between JSC EMAlliance and OOO Rosenergocomplex was concluded in May, 2010. Within the framework of the contract EMAlliance is obliged to deliver tube systems for LP heater PN-3000 of Balakovskaya NPP. The equipment was fabricated by PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik.
It should be noted that the first tube system for LP heater PN-3000 of Balakovskaya NPP was fabricated in December, 2010; the work on the second one was finished in the beginning of June of the current year. This equipment will replace the tube systems of LP heater PN-3000 of the Plant, which have been fabricated before and which have included heat-exchange tubes made of cupriferous alloys.
Having the same overall dimensions, the new equipment has a number of specific differences. When developing the design of the new tube system, use of stainless steel grade 08Kh18N10T (08Х18Н10Т) was specified, as well as the inside structure of the tube system proper was basically changed that will considerably increase reliability and effectiveness of the whole heater operation.
The tube system is designed for installation and operation as a part of LP heater. The new equipment shall be installed in the existing body of LP heater PN-3000 of Balakovskaya NPP.
