The upgraded machine will work 65A90 in the first section of the blade shop, where previously it had been prepared for the foundation. The machine will be processed on the four blades simultaneously coordinates, which will improve quality and reduce processing time.
Previously equipment was in the shop machining and welding, and several years operated. In 2010 it was decided to hold it and apply a complete redesign for the treatment of large rotor blades of steam turbines.
Repair the machine lasted 7 months. During reconstruction, it had installed new engines, modern CNC system and electronics, major overhaul of the mechanical part of the replacement units, which have become unusable, are two additional axes.
65A90 was returned to the factory. Now the machine is in the installation, all work will be completed this month. Putting into operation is scheduled for July.
