The total value of works on the Contract will be over 1 billion Rubles. Delivery time of the equipment is November 2012. Current backlog of orders of PJSC “EMAlliance”, considering the above, is more than 49 billion Rubles.
The specialists of PJSC Engineering Centre EMAlliance – BSDB BP (Barnaul) will carry out the design works of Heat Recovery Steam Generators. The equipment for the Project will be manufactured at TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” which is the main manufacturing facility of PJSC “EMAlliance”.
The Heat Recovery Steam Generator will be designed and manufactured within the framework of the License Agreement between PJSC “EMAlliance” and NOOTER/ERIKSEN, INC. (USA). It should be noted that it is already the 18-th HRSG supplied by EMAlliance under this license for the last three years passed since the License Agreement has been signed.
420 MW Combined Cycle Plant Unit at Cherepovetskaya GRES is scheduled for commissioning in 2013. At present the installed capacity of the Power Plant is 630 МW.
Commissioning of the new Power Unit at Cherepovetskaya GRES is aimed at improvement of reliable operation of the Power Plant as a whole. The equipment created with the use of the state-of-the-art technical solutions will allow considerably increasing the operating reliability of boilers, without carrying out overhauls, up to 40 years, as well as increasing the Power Unit efficiency up to 60%.
It should be noted that it is already the third project implemented by PJSC “EMAlliance” together with PJSC “Group Е4” as per the similar scheme of the Power Unit with Siemens gas and steam turbine and EMAlliance HRSGs: three Units of Nyaganskaya GRES, one Unit of Serovskaya GRES and one Uunit of Cherepovetskaya GRES.
Cherepovetskaya GRES is the largest Power Plant of the Vologodskaya Region and one of the largest Power Plants of the Northern-Western Federal District. The installed capacity of Cherepovetskaya GRES is 630 МW. The Power Plant consists of three identical condensation Power Units 210 МW each. The first Power Unit of Cherepovetskaya GRES was commissioned on December 22, 1976. The second and the third Units were commissioned in 1977 and 1978 respectively. The main Power Plant fuel is gas or coal, and standby fuel is fuel oil.
