According to present agreement «Norinco International Cooperation Ltd», acts as the general contractor in construction of gas turbine power plant and attracts financing for this project. Corporation «GazEnergoStroy» Group of Companies ensures the signing of this contract between «Norinco International Cooperation Ltd» and the building owner - ZAO «TransEnergo». The overall investment volume of the project will exceed RUB 30 billion. Corporation «GazEnergoStroy» Group of Companies and ZAO «TransEnergo» have already signed a contract for project management of «Ogorodny proezd – Novomoskovskaya», according to which Corporation «GazEnergoStroy» Group of Companies would operate the project and carry out the most part of subcontract work and services.
