Krasny Kotelshchik Commences Shipment of Equipment for Zaporozhskaya TPP

At present, suspension system of convection superheaters with headers, desuperheater, steam overflow pipes and header of balance line pipe have been shipped to the Customer’s address.
The Contract for the supply of the equipment between PJSC EMAlliance and PJSC Dneproenergo was concluded in December 2010. Within the framework of the Contract EMAlliance has undertaken to implement the Project and to supply the equipment for Boiler TPP-312, Unit No. 1, Zaporozhskaya TPP. One of the peculiarities of the Project is the use of innovation manufacturing technology of burner internal parts with heat-resistant material surfacing.
Krasny Kotelshchik is the Main Contractor of EMAlliance, which carries out the manufacturing work of the equipment within the framework of modernization of Boiler TPP-312 of Zaporozhskaya TPP. Totally, within the framework of the order, TKZ shall manufacture 8 items of the products for this TPP. As per predictions of the specialists, new equipment will allow providing improved technical parameters of the Boiler available at TPP.
