Ordinary general meeting of the Shtokman Development AG shareholders held

The Shareholders have resolved to re-elect the present Board of Directors of the Shtokman Development AG. Alexei Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom, was reelected as President of the SDAG Board of Directors. The reelected Board of Directors also include Christophe de Margerie - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Total S.A., Helge Lund - Chief Executive Officer, Statoil ASA, Alexander Medvedev - Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee of OAO Gazprom and Director-General of OOO Gazexport, Nikolai Dubik - Member of the Management Committee, Head of Legal Department of OAO Gazprom, Vsevolod Cherepanov - Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department of OAO Gazprom, Alexander Ananenkov - Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of OAO Gazprom, Michael Borrell - Senior Vice President Continental Europe and Central Asia, Exploration & Production, Total S.A., Torgeir Kydland - Senior Vice President, Europe & Asia, Development & Production International (DPI), Statoil ASA.
Ernst & Young was appointed auditor of the Shtokman Development AG for 2011.
