Krasny Kotelshchik has Shipped Equipment for Kirishskaya GRES

The Water Economizer will be installed in the convection shaft of TGM-84 Boiler at Kirishskaya GRES instead of the equipment produced by Krasny Kotelshchik in the 70s of the last century and completed its service life. The new Economizer will allow ensuring further smooth operation of the above GRES boiler.
The Contract for supply of the equipment was signed at the end of September 2011. Under the Contract EMAlliance undertook to design, manufacture and supply the Plain Tube Water Economizer for Kirishskaya GRES.
The design for the above equipment has been made by the Engineering Division of PJSC EMAlliance. The Economizer was manufactured at the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance – the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik. The above equipment is intended for heating feed water which will be fed to the boiler drum. For the purpose of heat transfer enhancement and reduction in fouling, the Economizer coils were manufactured from tubes with diameter of 25 mm.
