Gazprom Neft starts supplying aviation fuel for Emirates Airbus A380s

Gazpromneft-Aero, the aviation refuelling business of Gazprom Neft, has commenced supplying aviation fuel at Domodedovo to Emirates , which is operating the first regular flights in Russia on the world's largest passenger aircraft - the Airbus A380.

Deliveries for the daily Emirates flights from Moscow to Dubai are being made following the signing of long-term agreement between Emirates and Gazpromneft-Aero in August 2012. The Airbus A380 is currently the largest passenger aircraft in the world carrying up to 518 people. This will enable Gazpromneft-Aero to raise monthly volume to Emirates by 60%.

Direct delivery from Gazprom Neft refineries guarantees product quality as well as allows highly favourable price terms for the airline.

Vladimir Egorov, CEO of Gazpromneft-Aero stated: "Today the experience our company has accumulated worldwide in supplying aviation fuel allows us to develop partnerships with major international airlines. I am confident that cooperation with airline industry leaders will allow Gazpromneft-Aero to strengthen its position in the world market and raise standards in the Russian aviation fuel supply industry."
