RAOS Voima Oy, subsidiary of ROSATOM, and Voimaosakeyhtiö SF, the Finnish owner of Fennovoima, announced they have signed share transaction agreement according to which a 34% share of Fennovoima is now owned by RAOS Voima Oy. Voimaosakeyhtiö SF owns now a 66% share of Fennovoima.
