The 5th Arbitration Appeal Court upheld the ruling of the Sakhalin Regional Arbitration Court that confirmed legitimacy of the decision, made by the Sakhalin Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service that “Toplivno-Obespechivayaschaya Compania” CJSC had violated the antimonopoly law.
