Saratov Oil Refinery Launches Production of Pulsar Fuel

TNK-BP’s Saratov Oil Refinery has begun producing 95-octane gasoline under the Pulsar brand. Pulsar fuel is already on sale at TNK’s Saratov retail sites. Pulsar gasoline is fully compliant with the Euro 4 standard and is produced to specifications that exceed the Russian technical regulations on motor fuels.

Gazprom Neft announces that it has become the first Russian oil company to complete the sale of Emission Reduction Units (ERUs) in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol. The volume of the deal was 295,000 ERUs, which were purchased at a price set by current market conditions. The purchaser of the ERUs is a large energy company.
