EVRAZ signs Memorandum of Understanding to sell ore business in Khakassia

EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) and LLC Ruda Khakasii have signed a Memorandum of Understanding agreeing the acquisition by LLC Ruda Khakasii of 100% of LLC Abakanskiy Rudnik, LLC Abaza-Energo, LLC Teyskiy Rudnik and LLC Teyskie Energoseti from JSC Evrazruda.

СJSC Svetlana Optoelectronics, a member of Inter RAO Group, handed over the new LED street lighting system serving a section of Svetlanovsky Prospekt, a key element of St. Petersburg transportation infrastructure, to the city. Upgraded street lights will use up to 30% less electricity.
