Russia has been chosen as a partner in the construction of Vietnam's first nuclear power plant to be built in the country's Southern province of Ninh Thuan. Plans are for construction of the 1900MW plant to begin in 2014, with operation to commence in 2020.

TNK-BP Provides St. Petersburg Exchange with a New Diesel Fuel Sales Tool

TNK-BP reported today that for the first time ever the company presented a forward contract to sell diesel fuel at the Saint-Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange. Market participants were offered to buy 5,000 tonnes of diesel fuel produced by the Ryazan Oil Refinery Company due for shipment in 60 days.
