SOCAR Complex Drilling Works Trust to commission 78 wells in 2010

The Complex Drilling Works Trust is planning to conduct 117,259 meters drilling works (including 107,886 meters of operation drilling and 9,373 meters of exploration drilling) on exploration and operation drilling at 22 onshore and offshore areas, and to commission 78 new wells in 2010.

"Khakasskaya" Mine (OOO SUEK-Khakassia) started mining coal from a new longwall block (No. 46) of Velikan-II coal seam. Longwall block No. 46 reserves amount to nearly 1,400,000 tonnes of D-grade power-generating coal.
