In the third quarter of 2015, the Company produced 5,134 thousand tonnes of oil, which is 11.7% more than in the third quarter of 2014. Production growth was driven mainly by Bashneft-Polyus and Burneftegaz, which accounted for 17.4% of total oil production as against 9.4% in the third quarter of 2014.

Enel starts production at El Quimbo, a 400 MW hydro plant in Colombia

Enel S.p.A., acting through its Colombian subsidiary Emgesa, has started production at the El Quimbo hydropower plant in Colombia. With an installed capacity of 400 MW, the facility is located in the region of Huila, about 350 kilometres southwest of Bogota.
