Gazprom to increase reserves by 20 billion tons of fuel equivalent between 2011 and 2035

The Gazprom Management Committee adopted the Gas Industry Mineral Resource Base Development Program until 2035. It was noted that the Program implementation would allow adding some 20 billion tons of fuel equivalent between 2011 and 2035.

COTES completed large project in Ekibastuz

COTES has completed design work for the rehabilitation and upgrading of power unit No.8 in the Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 power plant. Its main equipment includes boiler P-57-3M with steaming capacity 1650 t/h and 500 MW turbine K-500-240-2.

In the first quarter 2011 DTEK has exported 1,006.2 mln kWh of electricity, which is a YoY increase of 751 mln kWh

The main factors of the growth are increased electricity supplies to Europe by 322 mln kWh (to Slovakia and Hungary) and the launch of electricity supplies to Belarus in February 2011 to an amount of 416 mln kWh.
