Leningrad NPP: the commodity output volumes for the first half year is equal to 13%

For the first half of 2010 the actual value of the commodity output of Leningrad NPP (a branch of Rosenergoatom Concern OJSC) obtained from electric and thermal power production has amounted to 15 billion 198.21 million rubles (the similar actual value for the first half of 2009 amounted to 13 billion 445.76 million rubles).

On July 22, 2010 at 12:23 p.m. power unit No.1 of Kursk NPP was put out of operation by the automatic system. Power unit No.1 was put under repair in order to correct failures in the cooling circuit of the power unit controlling system. Therepairworksaretobeimplementedin 7 days.
