Mechel completed the acquisition of 100% of Donetsk Electrometallurgical Plant. As previously communicated, the acquisition was approved at Mechel OAO’s annual shareholders’ meeting and by the Mechel’s Board of Directors. The acquisition is valued at $537 million.
