First Reserve Corporation Sells Equity Interest in Bahamas Oil Refining Company Oil Storage Terminal to Buckeye Partners, L.P.

First Reserve Corporation ("First Reserve"), the world's leading private investment firm in the energy industry, today announced that it has sold its 80% equity interest in the Bahamas Oil Refining Company oil storage terminal ("BORCO") to Buckeye Partners, L.P. ("Buckeye") for $1.36 billion.

Branch of JSC FGC UES – MES North-West – started construction of Parnas 330 kV substation in St. Petersburg. The facility shall feature two outdoor switchboards 110 and 330 kV put into operation, the building of control room and two automatic transformers, total capacity 400 MVA.
