The Board of Directors approved the key parameters of the business-plan of TGC-1 for 2011: non-consolidated revenue – RUR 59.9 bn, non-consolidated profit – RUR 3.5 bn (according to Russian accounting standards, i.e. without consolidation of subsidiaries).

Power engineers of “IDGC of the South”, JSC started the installation of power transformers at “Yubileynaya” substation that is being constructed in Astrakhan. Two power transformers were delivered to the energy facility recently. And now they are being installed.

The branch of IDGC North-West "Vologdaenergo” completed the reconstruction of 35/10 kV substation Sheksna-Gas in Sheksna district (Vologda region). In accordance with the schedule of operations, the testing of electrical equipment will be started today. Fixed assets introduction is scheduled for December 30, 2010.
