In October of 2010 Kursk NPP generated2 bln 936.3 mln kWh of electric power. The generation target for the month has been fulfilled by 120.1%, in terms of supply to consumers – by 121.3%.

The Board of Directors of TGC-1 on 27 October 2010 resolved to terminate the contract with JSC Central Moscow Depositary (Tsentralniy Moskovskiy Deposotariy) to maintain shareholders’ registers.

Novovoronezh NPP: the plan for October has been fulfilled by 105.62%

In October of 2010 Novovoronezh NPP generated 617.9 mln kWh of electric power. The Federal Tariff Service electric power generation plan has been fulfilled by 105.629%. 560.9 mln kWh of electric power, or 107.1% of the target value were supplied to the energy system in October.

LUKOIL repays USD 1.2 billion loan ahead of schedule

OAO LUKOIL repaid in full and ahead of schedule the remaining debt (USD 567 million) under the 3-year USD 1.2 billion loan facility (the 'Facility') raised in August 2009. The Facility was secured by revenues from oil export contracts.

Power unit No. 1 of Bilibino NPP was connected to the grid of Chaun-Bilibino electricity system upon completion of scheduled overhaul. In the course of the repair started on December 26, 2008 all the scheduled operations at power unit No. 1 were performed.

In the six months ended 30 June 2010 our profit for the period attributable to owners of OAO Gazprom totaled RR 494,684 million which is RR 198,441 million, or 67%, higher compared to the six months ended 30 June 2009.

Hot water supply to Krasnaya Gorka was stopped on 17th May 2010 and to Kostino – on 14th June 2010. Until then “Kommunalnie Sistemy” Municipal Unitary Enterprise on several occasions suspended water supply to the residents for a few days without observing a 1-month notice to consumers about cutting-off water supply.
